Ferramentas Ads ("the tool") is a private, internal tool built and operated by Lucas Duarte to manage his own Google Ads accounts. These terms describe how the tool may be used.

Who may use it

The tool is for the personal use of its owner only. It is not sold, licensed, offered as a service or made available to any other person or company, and no other person can create an account in it.

Use of Google services

The tool accesses the Google Ads API on behalf of its owner and only for the owner's own advertising accounts. All use complies with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, the Google Ads policies and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Data

How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is, for internal use, without warranties of any kind.

These terms may be updated at any time; the date above shows the latest version.
